Daylio is collecting recorded moods and activities in the statistics and calendar. This format will help you to understand your habits better. Keep track of your activities and create patterns to become more productive!

For those of you who don’t know, Daylio is a daily mood tracking app which lets you record what mood you’re feeling including happy, sad, very sad, excited, etc. You can also customize your mood which is really nice, and you can add in activities which you have done throughout the day, which you can also customize to make your own. The app has its way of tracking your mood and has graphs as well as counting how many times you’ve been feeling happy or sad etc.

The app can remind you when to record your mood which I’ve set up because I am the MOST forgetful person ever and I would literally forget my head if it wasn’t screwed on and I’m not even exaggerating. My longest streak of happy days has been about 5. Which to be honest isn’t the best but you know, also isn’t the worst.

Overall I think it’s a really good mood tracking app and although there are others on the app stores which I have tried, this one I have used for months, as well as using it on my old phone too, I had to start again because I didn’t have a backup since I only had the free version but that didn’t bother me because I always track it on paper anyway.

It’s a really good app for me because I’m obsessed with tracking everything so being able to track your mood in this tiny app is perfect for me, I have got to mention too that this app is actually really small in size so it literally won’t take up any space on your phone which I love! You can also have a PIN lock which isn’t exclusive to the premium version which is nice if you want to be a bit more private about how you’re feeling every day!

You can choose as  many activities as you like and it has loads and loads of different symbols for the different moods if you want to customize it and make it personalized to you and what you do throughout the days.

I really like this app and would love to know what you think of it if you decide you want to download it to try it, let me know in the comments if you’ve tried any other mood tracking apps and which one is your favourites!
